Premier Air Deluxe gives the classic COBB cooking system an adjustable vent in the dome. Open it for stronger airflow and a livelier fire; close it down to moderate the heat—then use the included Griddle+ to sear, grill and roast with confident control.
Air Control Technology
One vent. A wider cooking range.
The rotary vent regulates how quickly hot air leaves the dome and fresh air is drawn through the fire. A more open setting supports higher-energy grilling; reducing the opening calms the burn for gentler covered cooking.
It is a simple mechanical control—no electronics, batteries or fragile display—so it remains intuitive at a campsite, on a terrace or beside the water.
Engineered from the inside out
A compact fire at the centre. Controlled cooking all around it.
The removable fire chamber concentrates a small fuel load beneath the plate. The surrounding moat separates drippings from the coals, helping to limit flare-ups, while the insulated inner bowl reduces heat transfer to the outer mesh. The dome then circulates heat around the food for roasting, baking and smoking.

Cook with one CobbleStone or approximately 8–10 standard briquettes.
Removable fire chamber
Lift the cooled chamber out for simpler ash disposal and cleaning.
Cooler-touch architecture
The double-wall system helps keep the outer base substantially cooler than the cooking chamber.

The non-stick aluminium Griddle+ gives food broad, even contact with heat. Its raised profile is made for steak, burgers, fish and vegetables, while the flatter areas accommodate eggs, mushrooms and other smaller ingredients. Fit the dome to turn direct grilling into a controlled convection environment.
Build colour and texture with the Griddle+ and a more open vent.
Add a compatible roast rack and let the dome circulate heat around food.
Expand the system with round COBB accessories sold separately.
Use the moat for vegetables or liquid while the centre drives the main cook.

Use and care
Allow the fuel to establish, fit the chosen surface and preheat it before food is added. Make vent changes gradually and give the cooker time to respond.
Let every part cool completely. Wash the Griddle+ with warm soapy water and soft tools; avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners on non-stick surfaces.
Outdoor use only on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Never use charcoal inside a tent, vehicle or enclosed area. Internal parts remain extremely hot during and after cooking.
