The adjustable dome vent of the Premier Air lets you choose stronger heat for grilling or a calmer burn for stewing and smoking. The standard kit includes a universal plate, cooking grid, Griddle, pan, deep frying dish, dome extension, chicken roaster, lifting handle and bag.
The bundle adds what is most often missing on a trip: a pizza stone, a thermometer for precise doneness, a lid holder and fuel for the first cooks.

Light the briquettes with a solid fire starter and let them establish before fitting the plate and adding food.
Let all parts cool completely. Wash non-stick surfaces with warm soapy water and soft tools; avoid metal utensils.
Outdoor use only on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Never use charcoal inside a tent, vehicle or enclosed area.
