The COBB Premier portable/picnic grill, Ø33cm

This is a compact, modern, and charming portable grill that allows you to grill, smoke, or cook on any surface (even dry grass or a wooden table) at any time. You can cook anything from foil-wrapped potatoes to a whole chicken!

One of the biggest advantages of this compact travel grill is its unique design that has won international awards. The COBB Premier remains cool on the bottom and sides even when grilling at high temperatures. You can grill anywhere without ashes falling down, and the cool grill base won't melt snow or tablecloths.

Another great feature is the ability to pack up the grill immediately after cooking or if plans change unexpectedly. Just pour water over the remaining charcoal, and within minutes, the grill will be cool. You can pack up the COBB without waiting, avoiding sooty hands or worries about potentially burning surfaces.

Included in the grill's kit are a universal plate, tongs, a lifting handle, and a carrying bag.

There will never be flames: all fats and liquids collect in the lower part (inner bowl), not directly on the charcoal.

The COBB Premier charcoal grill stands stably even on wet surfaces like a boat or yacht, thanks to special rubber feet and a stable construction.

The fuel holder is where charcoal briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets are placed. You can also place a small pot or teapot on it to boil water or make tea.

The included universal plate with 222 holes is coated with safe, non-stick Teflon. It can also act as a deflector to dampen and distribute heat. When used as a deflector, grilling takes place on the grates (racks). Cleaning is similar to Teflon-coated pans.

Setting up: igniters are placed in the center of the bottom of the inner bowl. Above them, charcoal briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets are placed. After igniting the igniters, they ignite the selected fuel. Once the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets turn white and no longer emit smoke, you can place the chosen meat, fish, or vegetables in the grill. If you choose briquettes, you can grill after about ±15 minutes, and with Cobblestone tablets - after about ±5 minutes.

Cooking: in the COBB grill, you can cook both "dry" and "moist" ways. Dry cooking is the usual grilling method. When cooking moistly, it is advisable to pour water with spices or other liquids into the sides of the lower inner bowl, add favorite herbs or garlic cloves. This way, the dishes will acquire a subtle taste, be juicy, and tender. You can also bake potatoes wrapped in foil on the sides of the inner bowl to maximize the grill's volume.

Smoking: place wood chips or pieces directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you want to replenish the chips less frequently or have a long but light smoke, wrap the chips in foil and pierce holes in it. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.

End of cooking: using the included universal lifting handle, remove the holder with the remaining hot briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets. Tilt them to the side to extinguish them: pour water over them or cover them with sand, as you would leave embers from a bonfire in nature. You can put the grill immediately into the bag or carry it in your hands and take it home.

Cleaning: The COBB Premier charcoal grill is easy to maintain: fats from grilling collect in a special groove in the inner bowl. If you cover the inner bowl with foil, the fats won't get onto it. After grilling, just remove the foil and replace it with a new one. Another method: after grilling, pour water into the inner bowl and let it simmer for a few minutes - the fats will "jump off." Then wipe it with a paper towel. Except for the universal plate, you can wash the grill in the dishwasher. You can also choose high-quality cleansers for stainless steel. We recommend GRANIT.
